Contains different types of enzymes that, as they are protected during the upper digestive track, have an immune regulating effect which helps the body to re-balance the immune response to inflammation.
Application
The recommended daily dose is 6 tablets, unless otherwise prescribed by the treating doctor
The maximum dose of 12 tablets daily should not be exceeded.
1st week: 2 x 6 tablets daily
From the 2nd week: 2 x 3 tablets daily
It is recommended to take the tablets spread over the whole day (e.g. 2 x 3 tablets) or as a single dose without chewing with plenty of liquid at least 30 minutes before a meal or 90 minutes after a meal.
Treatment should be carried out until symptoms disappear. If the symptoms have not subsided after 14 days, you should consult a doctor as this may be an illness that requires medical treatment.
Warnings
Contains lactose.
Don’t use Wobenzym
If hypersensitive (allergic) to the active ingredients, pineapple or any of the other ingredients mentioned in this medicine
Children and young people under 18 years of age
During pregnancy and breastfeeding
If have congenital or acquired blood clotting disorders
If suffer from severe liver and/or kidney damage
While taking medications that affect blood clotting.
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Wobenzym® before a surgical procedure. In any case, the preparation should be discontinued 4 days before the operation.

Bromelain 67.5-76.5 mg adjusted to 450 F.I.P. units
Trypsin 32-48 mg adjusted to 24 µcat
Rutoside trihydrate 100 mg
Other ingredients: lactose monohydrate, pregelatinized starch (corn), magnesium stearate [vegetable], stearic acid, purified water, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, maltodextrin, talc, methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate copolymer (1:1), titanium dioxide (E 171), macrogol 6000, Triethyl citrate, vanillin
