Shipping policy

We offer free shipping in Singapore for orders from S$200. 
Self-pickup must be arranged with us via email at naturopathy@inatura.com.sg.

In the event we need to arrange redelivery this will incur a cost of up to $20 payable by cash on redelivery. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for deliveries within Singapore. 

International shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location with our preferred international courier. These costs are calculated at Checkout.

International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties, these fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your country's applicable duty and tax regulations. Please allow up to 21 business days for international shipping.
