Short chain fatty acids (SCFA) are produced by intestinal bacteria when they metabolize fiber. In addition to acetic and butyric acid, propionic acid is produced. Propicum contains sodium propionate, a salt of propionic acid.SCFA are responsible for building a healthy intestinal flora.
Propionates are increasingly becoming the focus of scientific studies; the results so far are very promising and are being published in renowned specialist journals.
The product propicum was developed together with scientists and doctors who have been working on the subject of propionates from the very beginning and has been used in a large number of the clinical studies carried out to date.

Ingredients:
Sodium propionate 500 mg
Other ingredients:
anti-caking agent tricalcium phosphate (E341), silica (E551), magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b). The capsule shell is made from purely vegetable hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Free of titanium dioxide, contain no binders or shellac and have no transparent coatings.
vegan, laktose-, fructose- und glutenfree.

Application / consumption recommendation:
Take one capsule unchewed twice a day with liquid with meals. The daily dose thus corresponds to 1000 mg sodium propionate.

Keep out of the reach of children.
Don’t use if are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.
Propicum must be stored dry and protected from moisture and sun.
