NIGERSAN® D5 is a homeopathic medicinal product manufactured from the mold fungus Aspergillus niger. Within the SANUM therapy system, it is categorized as a fungal preparation for “System Regulation.”

NIGERSAN® D5 is a registered homeopathic medicinal product and is therefore supplied without a specific therapeutic indication.

Active ingredient and composition

Each 10 ml of liquid dilution contains:

• 10 ml Aspergillus niger e volumine mycelii (lyophilized, sterile) Dil. D5
• Prepared according to the German Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia (HAB), method 5a, with the D1 solution prepared using purified water

One millilitre contains approximately 22 drops.

Directions for use (Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor)

For oral use: Take 5 drops once or twice daily before a meal.

For external use: Rub 5–10 drops into the crook of the elbow once daily.

Reduce the frequency of use if symptoms improve. Follow the package leaflet and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are uncertain about how to use the product.

Duration of use

Discontinue NIGERSAN® D5 after a maximum of four weeks of treatment.

Homeopathic medicines should not be used for prolonged periods without medical advice. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist during use.

Do not use NIGERSAN® D5

Do not use this product:

• If you are hypersensitive or allergic to molds, including Aspergillus niger
• If you have an autoimmune disease
• In children under 12 years of age
• During pregnancy or breastfeeding

Interactions

Medicines with immunosuppressive effects may reduce the effect of NIGERSAN® D5.

Maintain an interval of four weeks before and after treatment with orally administered live vaccines. If you use any other medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.

Possible side effects

Hypersensitivity reactions, primarily skin reactions, may occur because of the product’s specific organic components. An allergy to Aspergillus niger may also develop.

If a hypersensitivity reaction occurs, discontinue the product and seek medical advice.

Existing symptoms may temporarily worsen when using a homeopathic medicine. If this occurs, stop using the product and consult a doctor.

Storage and handling

• Keep out of the reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date shown on the bottle and outer packaging.
• Once opened, use within two months.
• Do not use the product if the solution becomes cloudy or contains visible flakes.
