Our teas are carefully handcrafted. We use whenever possible herbs from Germany which are of pharmacopeian quality.
What is a medicinal tea: Whether tea is a food or a drug depends on the content of certain ingredients. In contrast to teas as food the requirements for a drug — and thus also for pharmacy medicinal teas — are regulated by law. For each medicinal tea, the European Pharmacopoeia defines the minimum active ingredient content that must be contained in the packaging at the time the tea is filled (minimum active ingredient content). The regulations also stipulate which parts of the plant may be used for which tea – and in what form. In addition, pharmaceutical manufacturers are obliged to comply with strict upper limit values for possible harmful substances.
Stress at work worries about the family; many things sometimes rob us of our precious sleep. If you don't want to rely on pills for lack of sleep, you're in good hands with herbs. Clear advantage: They neither make you dependent nor reduce your performance. Serious side effects or interactions with other medications are also not to be feared. Valerian, passion flower, and balm with their calming effect are particularly suitable. Chamomile and bitter orange peel round off the gentle taste of the tea.
