Sanum-Kehlbeck

Alkala S is a natural alkalizing powder used to:

• Support acid-base balance
• Help reduce mild metabolic acidosis
• Promote detoxification and lymphatic flow
• Relieve symptoms of acid overload (e.g. fatigue, joint stiffness, acid reflux, inflammation)

Ingredients:
Tripotassium citrate, trimagnesium citrate, tricalcium citrate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
4.5 g of powder (1 slightly heaped teaspoon) contains 750 mg potassium, 250 mg calcium, and 150 mg magnesium.

Dosage:
 ½ to 1 measuring spoon (approx. 1.25–2.5 g)
Dissolve in warm water (100–200 mL)
Take 1–2x per day
Ideally 30–60 minutes before meals or 1–2 hours after eating
Can be taken in the morning and/or before bed

Warnings
ALKALA® "S" should not be taken in cases of kidney failure, hyperkalemia, alkalosis, or when taking potassium-sparing diuretics. This dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children.
